We Care Auto Repair

I took my van in and although they didn’t feel comfortable helping me , they had it towed in their dime ! The receptionist is extremely friendly and will actually talk to you ! We had around a 40 min conversation. She is extremely educated, and kind . The owner called me and explained the situation.. didn’t argue about the tow . I would trust them with you car ! I’m hoping I can use them in the future for my other cars too ! You don’t find honest mechanics too much these days ! I can be extremely blunt and they handled it all too well lol 😂 don’t miss out on their great pricing either

I was broke down on the side of the road and called their shop. They were able to answer all my questions and get a tow truck on the road quickly to me. I really appreciate the customer service provided by Chrissy and all her knowledge.

My Honda Ridgeline needed an engine replacement, and Honda quoted me nearly $22k for a new engine. I reached out to several local shops after business hours, and Chrissie from We Care Auto responded right away. She was incredibly helpful and worked around my very busy schedule. I was provided a loaner vehicle, and given a thorough and honest report on the work my truck needed. The quote they gave me for the work was reasonable and significantly less than Honda’s. Chrissie even gave me the option to source my own engine or choose from several from their source. I ordered an engine from an online source, but weeks went by and it still hadn’t shipped so I decided to cancel that order and go through their source. Chrissie found four options with detailed Carfax and mileage history, making it easy to choose the right one. The engine arrived the following week, and just a few days later my truck was ready. It runs like new, and they even washed it before I picked it up! The entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I HIGHLY recommend We Care Auto Repair—I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs and maintenance!

100% HIGHLY Recommend We Care Auto Repair! We were driving through from Colorado Springs on a trip to Montana and our brakes went out at 6am in Fort Collins. Had AAA tow us to a shop that told us they couldn’t diagnose until 5pm (we would’ve had to cancel the trip). Our tower recommended We Care Auto Repair, we gave them a call and got to speak with a great employee before they even opened for the day. Tower brought us over to them right as they opened up and they got us in short notice— we had a good idea of what the issue was, talked with the mechanic and he said since we’re passing through he’d help us out asap. Took about 2 hours total and their team fixed the brake, got fluid back in the lines and bled them, realigned, and looked over everything to be sure we’d be safe on the trip (even topped off our tires and washer fluid). The price was fair and the service was 5-stars, we even had our 2 dogs with us and they were accommodating and recommended a nearby dog park while we waited. This is a great team, I’d recommend them to anyone in the area!

I had to have my van towed in because it wouldn't start. By the time I got my van back they had an easy to read diagnostic of my whole van and also did such a great job explaining things to me. I feel confident knowing what my van needs and that it is in amazing hands here 🙌🏻
